Access and setup are most of the work on any small job, which is why doing gutters and glass on the same trip costs materially less than two appointments. It is also why nothing here is subcontracted out: a second crew means a second setup and a second standard.

It also sets a real limit on volume. There are only so many houses a small operation can do properly in a week, and the alternative to that limit is the thing every homeowner in this market has already experienced: a fast job, a packed van, and half the glass done.
Interior and exterior glass are both part of a standard clean. So are the frames, the sills, the tracks and the screens. A large share of quotes in this market cover the outside only, and people find that out when somebody is loading up to leave.
