It turns up unprompted in review after review, which tells you something about the standard elsewhere. Plenty of quotes in this market are for exterior glass only and the homeowner discovers that on the day. Interior and exterior are both standard on every visit here, and the fact that customers think that is worth mentioning is the part worth paying attention to.
Reviews name the owner rather than a company. That is not a branding choice. It is what happens when the person who quoted the job is also the person on the ladder, and there is nobody in between with a quota to hit.
