Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
Yes. Interior and exterior are both part of a standard window cleaning. Our reviews mention it because plenty of companies quietly do exterior only.
What happens if it rains right after you clean?
On any service plan, the 14-Day Rain Guarantee covers it: if it rains within fourteen days of your clean, we come back and re-clean at no charge.
How much does it cost?
Every home is different. Pane count, height, access and how long it has been all change the number. Send us the address and we'll come back with a real quote inside 24 hours, free and with no obligation.
What are hard water spots, and can you remove them?
They're mineral deposits, usually from sprinklers or runoff, that etch into the glass and don't come off with a normal wash. We remove them, and on a service plan the removal is free.
Do I have to sign a contract for a plan?
No. Every plan is no-commitment. You keep the discount for as long as you keep the schedule, and you can stop whenever you like.
Which plan actually makes sense for most homes?
Quarterly saves the most at 25% off every visit and keeps glass from ever getting far gone. Bi-annual at 10% is the lighter option if you just want a spring and fall reset.
Do you do commercial properties?
Our focus is residential: Omaha homes where the glass is a feature of the house. Call and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit for your building.
Do you clean gutters and wash the driveway on the same visit?
Yes, and it is the efficient way to do it, with one trip and one setup. Tick the services you want on the quote form and we'll price them together.
Which towns do you serve?
Omaha plus Elkhorn, Papillion, Bellevue, Bennington, Gretna, Valley, Yutan, Ashland and Council Bluffs. If you're just outside that list, ask anyway.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We're not done until you're completely happy with the results. Tell us before we leave, or call us after. Either way we come back out.
Things we do not do
A short list is more useful than a long one of things we claim to be great at. We do not clean roofs. We do not sell or install gutter guards. We do not seal concrete. We do not repair, rehang or replace guttering. We do not replace glass or rebuild screens. Where one of those is what you actually need, we will say so and point you at the right trade, which is easier for everyone than pretending.
