When is the best time to get windows cleaned in Yutan?
After harvest for the fall visit, which normally puts it later than a metro date, and after spring field work for the other one. We would rather hold your date open and call you than lock in a day that a combine undoes two weeks afterward.
We are on a well. Does that change anything?
It changes what we rinse with. Untreated well water leaves its mineral content on the glass as it dries, so anything done from a pole runs on purified water. If you already have spotting, we test a small area on a back elevation to see whether it lifts or has etched in.
Do you come out to acreages or only houses in town?
Both. The drive from Omaha is real, so the sensible way to handle an acreage is one trip carrying more than one job, windows and gutters on the same visit for instance. We will tell you when a small single job is not worth the travel for either of us.
Can you wash outbuildings and shop doors, not just the house?
Yes, and they are quoted separately, because the surfaces and the soiling on them are nothing like a residential drive. Painted metal and vinyl both get soft washed rather than a wand held close. Anything with fuel or oil on the slab we walk through with you first.
We have a well and a septic field. Is that a problem?
Not if it is planned for. We check the well can sustain the draw before the day, and we keep runoff off the lateral field and away from the wellhead. Where a section cannot be washed without sending water somewhere it should not go, we leave that section alone.
What does a long gravel-and-concrete drive cost in Yutan?
